Regulation 14 Consultation

Under the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012, Regulation 14 requires that, before submitting a Neighbourhood Plan proposal to the local planning authority for examination, a formal 6-week public consultation on the proposed Neighbourhood Development Plan must be carried out.

This consultation took place for the Quarndon Neighbourhood Plan from 4 July 2018 to 15 August 2018.

The proposed Quarndon Neighbourhood Development Plan “Pre-Submission Consultation” draft, against which the Reg.14 consultation was made, was Version 09, published on this website here.  This is now in the process of being revised to take the Regulation 14 consultation feedback into account.
