This is the website for the Quarndon Neighbourhood Plan. Current information on the development of our Neighbourhood Plan is available by following the menu links on the right hand side of this page.
PLEASE SAVE THE DATES: There will be opportunities on the afternoons of Sunday 11 June, and Saturday 17 June, 2017 between 2:00pm and 4:30pm for Parish residents to join “Community Walks”, starting from the Village Hall. These will provide an opportunity for members of our community to take local walks and feed back ideas on environmental issues to the Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group.
If you wish to join a “guided”, slow-paced walk of about 3 miles on either 11 or 17 June, these will depart the Village Hall at 2:30pm.
The walks will go ahead whatever the weather. Please come suitably attired and bring your camera so you can enter our photographic competition.
The walks will be followed up with feedback on the information gathered and a general update on our Neighbourhood Plan status at a “drop-in” session at the Village Hall on Sunday 25 June between 2 and 6pm. Please also hold this date in your diaries and come along at whatever time suits you best.
Thank you to those who responded to AVBC’s draft Local Plan consultation. AVBC are now evaluating responses and there will be further public consultation on the Local Plan as it evolves.
